Nursery

Knowing that children are a precious gift from God, the nursery ministry is committed to earning the confidence of every parent who entrusts their child to our care. Our dedicated and loving volunteers strive to share the love of Christ with each child, while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere.  Our spacious and recently remodeled nursery rooms are age appropriate and designed for the mobility of infants and the various activities of toddlers. Parents can utilize the nursery ministry with confidence and peace of mind knowing their child is in a safe and caring environment, enabling them to enjoy each service at Colonial Hills.

Children’s Church

Like an adult church service, Children’s Church is a worship service with hymns and Bible teaching in a formal group setting.  But unlike an adult service, Children’s Church adds action songs, interesting illustrations, and missionary stories to keep the children thoroughly engaged and interacting with the Bible.  The fun, fast-paced learning environment is perfect for their eager attention and for imparting to them a love for God’s Word.  As a complement to the adult service, Children’s Church lays a solid foundation of biblical truth that prepares the K-4 through 4th grade children to understand Pastor Phelps’ preaching in the adult services.

Kids BLAST is our exciting new summer kids club where fun meets faith! Children will embark on an action-packed adventure filled with engaging activities while discovering valuable Bible truths through practical lessons. 

Kids4Truth is an engaging children’s Bible program tailored for kids from K4 to 6th grade, meeting every Wednesday at 6:45 PM throughout the school year. Your child will enjoy a vibrant mix of Bible memory, fun games, uplifting songs, and insightful teaching, all focused on instilling the vital doctrines of God’s Word.

3-P’s Children’s hour

Join us for 3-P’s, our engaging Sunday evening program at 5:00 PM designed specifically for grade school children. In this vibrant experience, kids dive into three enriching ministry activities: Passages, Pen Pals, and Prayer. Throughout the evening, children will rotate through three dynamic 15-minute sessions where they will explore scripture passages, connect with missionaries and church workers through heartfelt letters, and lift up personal and church needs in prayer.

Junior Camp

Every summer, our children are invited to join an exciting junior camp designed just for them. This unique experience fosters physical, spiritual, and social development, allowing our juniors to enjoy themselves while also engaging in meaningful teachings from God’s Word.
